Have you heard of Straight Through Processing? It's the happy path or process from new contact with a potential patient through to money in the bank. Once you recognize the flow of Straight Through Processing you will be able to identify areas in your own methods that can be improved, meaning you don't have to market quite as hard because your conversion rate with your leads gets higher and higher.

Straight Through Processing (STP) is the shortest distance between two points. It is also known as the "happy path". What is that for our industry? We have 3 major segments in the journey; let's briefly discuss them.
